Charles Uzo Achusi is a Civil Engineer and Construction Project Management professional with over 16 years of experience in the built environment, delivering residential, commercial, retail and other complex construction projects across Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, graduating with Second Class Upper Division, and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, where he distinguished himself with an outstanding research project.
His professional career includes significant experience with leading organisations in the Nigerian construction and property development sector. He served as a Senior Project Engineer with Persianas Group, contributing to the delivery of two major shopping mall projects—the Palms Ibadan and Palms Ota. He subsequently worked with Profica Projects Ltd, a leading project management firm, as Project Manager responsible for its fit-out operations, where he managed the fit-out works for Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja.
As the Director of Projects and CEO of Projineering Concept Ltd, Charles has led the planning, coordination and execution of numerous private residential and commercial developments across Nigeria, combining strong engineering expertise with professional project management, cost, quality and delivery principles.
He is a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
